All products include 25% VAT.
Used Goods VAT Scheme: Items sold under the used goods VAT scheme are second-hand items where VAT is only paid on the dealer's profit, not on the total sale price.
VAT on Invoice: VAT will not be specified on the invoice for items sold under the used goods VAT scheme, as VAT is already included in the sale price.
No Right to Deduct: Purchases of items under the used goods VAT scheme do not entitle businesses to VAT deductions.
Application: The used goods VAT scheme only applies to items that meet the conditions according to current legislation, including second-hand items, antiques, and artworks.
Reservation of Rights: UltraShop reserves the right to apply the used goods VAT scheme when relevant and will inform you of this at the time of purchase.
Preowned Category: Second-hand items have a separate category named “Preowned,” which is indicated in the product text, product information, and a watermark on the item's image.
Please note that we cannot refund VAT to customers abroad, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. This is because VAT refunds are a time-consuming manual process, and we risk losses due to the very low margin that UltraShop applies to keep our prices as low as possible.
When you order items on UltraShop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as your receipt that we have received your order. Please note that a binding agreement is only established when you receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
When paying with international cards such as Visa and MasterCard, the amount will be reserved on your account according to the card's terms until we charge or decline the payment. There is no reservation when paying with Dankort. If you pay with MobilePay, the reservation depends on the linked card in the app.
The amount is only charged to your account when the item is shipped from UltraShop.
If you wish to order items that are out of stock, or if you need to purchase a larger quantity, a prepayment or deposit may be required. This applies to special orders or orders that need to be pre-ordered from our suppliers. The prepayment secures your order and helps us procure the desired items as quickly as possible.
If a price is clearly incorrect, and the customer could reasonably have recognized this, UltraShop is not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
Furthermore, UltraShop reserves the right to refuse and cancel an order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to price errors, stock errors, or suspicion of misuse of the webshop.
UltraShop uses the shipping companies PostNord, GLS Express, and Danske Fragtmænd for deliveries within Denmark.
The shipping method and estimated delivery time will be provided when ordering each product. Shipping methods and prices may vary as factors like weight and dimensions affect available shipping options. The expected delivery time is displayed when you select the shipping method during the ordering process.
We utilize dropshipping, remote warehousing, and our daily inventory to fulfill your orders. This means that your items may be shipped from different sources, which can result in receiving multiple packages for a single order. Certain items may be shipped directly from a third-party supplier or remote warehouse, which may lead to separate shipments depending on availability and the supplier's practices.
If you have chosen delivery to a parcel shop/parcel box and there is no space, your package will be redirected to a nearby parcel shop/parcel box.
UltraShop has taken out a goods insurance policy that covers any damage or loss of the item during transport.
When the package is ready for collection, the chosen shipping company will send an email and, if possible, an SMS with the relevant pickup information. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, UltraShop will incur a return fee from the shipping company, which will be passed on to the customer who ordered the package.
If there are errors in the delivery information, such as a missing house number, floor number, etc., the chosen shipping company will return the shipment to UltraShop. The buyer will then be contacted and will be billed for both new shipping costs and any penalties from the supplier for reshipping to the corrected address.
When you choose the carrier's flex delivery option, the carrier's applicable business terms will govern liability for loss or damage to the delivery.
Special Conditions for Business Customers:
If a company name is listed in the billing address, the order is assumed to be a B2B transaction and thus not a consumer purchase.
Visible shipping damages must be reported on the same day the item is received. Hidden damages must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. If a claim is not made within these time limits, it may be rejected. Claims may also be rejected if the item's packaging and/or the shipment's packaging has been disposed of.
The above rules must be understood in accordance with the buyer's obligation to inspect under the Sale of Goods Act § 51 and apply to businesses in both civil and commercial sales.
Use of Third-Party Carriers: If you, as a customer, choose to use another carrier for forwarding the delivery, UltraShop's liability for the condition of the item ceases as soon as the delivery is received and dispatched by this carrier.
If your order includes a CVR number or company name on the billing address, you are considered a business customer.
For business customers, the following conditions apply:
No right of withdrawal.
12 months warranty.
Shipping costs for warranty claims are paid by the customer.
Business purchases are delivered with home delivery, and there will be shipping costs regardless of the order size.
A card fee of 1.55% applies to payments with business cards.
Payment with Dankort is fee-free.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
For specially made items or larger quantities of items that are not in stock, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation of the order once production has begun or the item has been ordered. This also applies if the order includes items made according to specific customer needs or in larger quantities than usual.
When ordering items that are not in stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order or deliver a smaller quantity than ordered, unless the buyer accepts the change. Any changes will not give rise to claims for subsequent cover purchases.
UltraShop has taken out a goods insurance policy that covers any damage or loss of the item during transport.
It is not possible to pick up directly from UltraShop.
However, we have a partnership with PCServiceCenter, where you can pick up your orders from UltraShop at their stores.
How It Works: Select PCServiceCenter as the pickup location during checkout.
Please note that PCServiceCenter does not store inventory from UltraShop; therefore, you cannot pick up anything from their physical stores until the order is placed, followed by a confirmation that the package is ready for pickup.
Orders picked up through PCServiceCenter must be collected during their opening hours, which are listed on their website.
Packages from UltraShop will be returned to UltraShop if they are not collected within 4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact UltraShop to inform them how they wish to receive their delivery.
The money will be charged to your account when you have received confirmation that the package is ready for pickup at the chosen location.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, according to the Consumer Contracts Act.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you ordered multiple items in a single order but they are delivered separately, the period applies from the day you receive the last item.
You have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This can be done by completing a withdrawal form, or you can contact us and we will help you. If the link does not work, you can use our standard withdrawal form and send it to info@ultrashop.dk. The form can be found in Appendix 1 at the bottom of the terms and conditions. Please note that you cannot cancel the purchase merely by refusing to accept the item; you must also notify us.
If you return an order that includes a free gift, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the gift.
If you have purchased multiple items in a single order, you can return one or more of the items. However, this does not apply to bundles consisting of multiple items or gift cards, as these are considered a single product. If you wish to cancel a product in a bundle, you must cancel the entire bundle order and return all the items. Information about bundle orders will be indicated in your shopping cart and invoice.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you choose to cancel part of your purchase.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay for the return shipping, and you are responsible for any damages that occur during transport. You can order a return label from us when you initiate your cancellation. If you purchase the return label through us, we are responsible for damages during transport, provided the item is securely packaged. See below for requirements for the item's condition upon return.
Send the package with delivery to our address. We recommend using PostNord, GLS, or Bring. Packages sent to a parcel shop or parcel box will not be collected.
Some products, such as packages over 20 kg, cannot be returned with regular parcel post. In such cases, we recommend using Danske Fragtmænd. The cost of returning these items may not exceed 1,000 DKK.
The following products are not subject to the right of withdrawal:
When you send an item back, it must be in resalable condition and in the same condition as you received it. The following requirements must be met:
Original Packaging: We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in value of the item, as it may be damaged during transport.
Usability Condition: The item may only have been tried in a way that corresponds to what you would do in a physical store. Excessive use that causes damage or wear may result in a reduction in value, and you will only receive part of the purchase amount back.
Fragile Items: Be extra careful with fragile items, such as electronic components or items in antistatic packaging. Ensure these are securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Unused Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This also applies to sealed products, where the seal must not be broken.
When you cancel your purchase, the following conditions apply for the refund of the purchase amount:
Refund: Upon return of items according to our return policy, we will refund the full purchase amount. However, please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
Deductions for Value Reduction: If the item has been reduced in value due to use or damage, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value from your refund.
Refund Method: The refund will be paid back to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Cash payments will not be made.
Refund Period: The refund will occur no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.
Right to Withhold Refund: We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.

When you purchase items from us as a consumer, you are covered by the provisions of the Sales of Goods Act, which gives you a 24-month warranty.
Before returning the item, please create a complaint case or contact us. If the complaint is valid, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.
For products with a serial number, it is important that this can be identified. If the serial number is missing, it may be difficult for UltraShop to process your complaint.
As a consumer, both new and used, so-called “PreOwned” products purchased from UltraShop are covered by the same security and warranty. This means that all products are subject to the provisions of the Sales of Goods Act, which gives you a 24-month warranty.
For used products, there may be signs of wear or cosmetic damage, which will be indicated in the product's condition description. Although both new and used products are covered by warranty, there are no additional benefits or special terms beyond the standard warranties offered for new products.
Products that are specially associated with a personal account, such as an Apple ID, must have all personal accounts removed before return or complaint. If the device is not logged out of these accounts, UltraShop cannot process the request without imposing an administrative fee of 300 DKK.
If the submitted product is tested as fault-free at UltraShop, or if it is found that the warranty does not apply, a testing fee of 300 DKK will be charged. If the fault is due to physical overload, liquid damage, or improper handling contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, we may also charge a testing fee.
Remember to test the product yourself to ensure that the fault is not due to programs, drivers, or other elements not originally installed on the product. UltraShop tests all machines by restoring the original configuration. The testing fee covers the time spent on testing and troubleshooting.
Remember to pack the item securely along with all accessories, such as cables, readable media, and other relevant parts associated with the product you are complaining about.
Damage to products caused by operational or handling errors, modifications, installation of third-party software, or gross misuse is not covered by the warranty.
Ensure to make a copy or backup of all data. UltraShop cannot be held liable for data loss or other indirect damages that may arise in connection with products purchased from UltraShop, unless this is directly stated by Danish law.
